EPA Requests OMB Review and Approval for Renewal of Information Collection Under TSCA Sec. 8(a)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a renewal of an existing approved information collection, EPA ICR No. 1198.08, under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The EPA is seeking to renew the Chemical-Specific Rules, TSCA Sec. 8(a) collection, which is part of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
