EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed environmental concerns about several projects, including a pipeline facility and a dam raise project, which may impact groundwater, karst topography, and historic sites. The EPA has requested additional analysis and mitigation measures to minimize adverse effects.
