EPA Approves Limited Revision to Indiana's Clean Air Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a limited revision to Indiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporates provisions related to the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and the NOx emissions trading program, as requested by the state on September 20, 2007.
