HUD Revises Regulations for Homeownership Option Under HCV Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule allowing public housing agencies to provide voucher assistance for the purchase of units not yet under construction, expanding housing choices for families participating in the homeownership option under the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program.
