U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Southern Beltway Transportation Project in Pennsylvania

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared for proposed transportation improvements along Interstate 79 and the Mon/Fayette Expressway in Washington County, Pennsylvania, as part of the Southern Beltway Transportation Project.
