EPA Submits Renewal of Information Collection Request for Applicant Background Questionnaire

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a renewal request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of its Information Collection Request (ICR) 2248.03, which includes a questionnaire on race, national origin, gender, and disability demographics.
