NIGC Proposes Rule to Clarify Class II Gaming Definitions for Electronic Games
The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has proposed a rule to clarify the terms used to define Class II gaming, specifically for games played electronically, such as bingo and lotto, through electronic or computer-based means. The proposed rule aims to establish a process for ensuring these games meet the IGRA statutory requirements before being placed in a Class II tribal gaming operation.
