EPA Submits Renewal of Oil and Hazardous Substances Information Collection for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, which involves the episodic release of oil and hazardous substances, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The EPA has submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
