FMCSA to Submit Information Collection Request for Hazardous Materials Safety Permits for Review and Approval

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit a request for review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection requirement related to hazardous materials safety permits, which will require companies to develop a communications plan for tracking shipments.
