EPA Finds Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets in Arizona's Ozone Plan Adequate for Transportation Conformity

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that the motor vehicle emissions budgets in Arizona's 2007 Eight-Hour Ozone Plan are sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, requiring the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to use these budgets for future conformity determinations.
