EPA Proposes Approval of Michigan's Revised Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Michigan's revised recordkeeping and reporting requirements for abnormal conditions, start-up, shutdown, and malfunction of industrial sources, as part of the state's State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revised requirements are more comprehensive and detailed than the current approved standards.
