Western Area Power Administration Releases Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Big Stone II Power Plant and Transmission Project

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service and the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, are participating in the public review and comment process for the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement, which addresses a new back-up water supply plan for the proposed Big Stone II power plant.
