B&B Manufacturing Superfund Site Settlements

The US Environmental Protection Agency has settled three separate cases for reimbursement of past response costs at the B&B Manufacturing Superfund Site in Mobile, Alabama, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) Section 122(h).
