Surface Transportation Board to Hold Public Hearing on Railroad Industry's Cost of Capital Methodology

The Surface Transportation Board will hold a public hearing on December 4, 2007, at its Washington, DC offices to allow parties to comment on a proposed methodology for determining the railroad industry's estimated cost of capital.
