HHS to Evaluate Petition for Special Exposure Cohort at Horizons, Inc.

The Department of Health and Human Services has decided to evaluate a petition to include employees at Horizons, Inc. in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000. The proposed definition includes all workers at the facility in Cleveland, Ohio, who worked between 1944 and 2006.
