Oasis Diagnostics Corp. to Receive Partially Exclusive Patent License from U.S. Department of the Navy

The U.S. Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Oasis Diagnostics Corp. a non-transferable, partially exclusive license to practice a patented rapid lateral flow assay for detecting tuberculosis and other mycobacteria worldwide, based on a U.S. patent issued in 2005.
