HUD Amends Acquisition Regulation to Codify Suspension and Debarment Procedures for Procurement Contracts

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has amended its Acquisition Regulation (HUDAR) to apply the suspension and debarment procedures outlined in 24 CFR part 24 to both procurement and nonprocurement contracts, following a July 17, 2007, proposed rule that received no public comments.
