CAFTA-DR Agreement: Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) Determines Certain Fabrics Not Available in Commercial Quantities

The CITA has determined that certain herringbone stretch woven fabrics made from polyester, rayon, and spandex yarns are not commercially available in the CAFTA-DR countries in a timely manner, prompting their addition to the list in Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR Agreement.
