FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on Extension of Information Collection on Hazardous Materials Transportation

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a plan to extend its information collection on transportation of hazardous materials, highway routing, which requires states and tribes to identify restricted routes and limitations for hazardous material transportation. The collection is subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
