MCC Publishes Compact with Government of Mongolia

The Millennium Challenge Corporation has published a summary and the complete text of the Millennium Challenge Compact between the US and Mongolia, signed by the US and Mongolian presidents on October 22, 2007, in accordance with the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003.
