Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zone in Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai

The US Coast Guard has created a temporary security zone in Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai, to enhance safety for vessels and facilities, following incidents involving obstructers that threatened the passage of the Hawaii Superferry.
