DHS Invites Public Comment on New Data Collection Forms for BAA Program

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking public input on new forms for collecting Request for Information (RFI) responses and unclassified white papers and proposals through the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Web site, with the goal of streamlining the submission and review process and improving tracking and records keeping.
