USDA Proposes Fee Increases for PACA Reparation Complaint Filing and Handling

The USDA is proposing to increase informal complaint filing fees from $60 to $100 and formal complaint handling fees from $300 to $500 under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).
