Election Assistance Commission to Consider Administrative Transfer of National Voter Registration Act Regulations

The Election Assistance Commission is considering the transfer of National Voter Registration Act regulations from the Federal Election Commission to itself, with no substantive changes expected, and will begin a rulemaking process with public involvement after the transfer.
