EPA Approves Nevada State Implementation Plan Revisions and Requests Rescission

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing the approval of revisions to the Nevada State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes the rescission of certain unnecessary provisions, following a proposal published in the Federal Register on August 28, 2006.
