Notice of Availability of Special Status Species Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment and Final Environmental Impact Statement for New Mexico

The Bureau of Land Management has prepared a Special Status Species Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment and Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Carlsbad and Roswell Field Offices in New Mexico, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
