U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Publishes Draft Guidance for Federal Agency Crediting of Species Recovery

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft guidance document outlining a framework for Federal agencies to offset the negative impacts of their activities on threatened and endangered species by promoting conservation efforts elsewhere, and is seeking public comment on the document
