EPA Finalizes NOX Allowance Allocations for Clean Air Interstate Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published the final NOX allowance allocations for the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) Federal Implementation Plan Trading Programs, which will regulate electric generating units in affected states until each state has an approved CAIR State Implementation Plan (SIP) to achieve emission reductions.
