FHWA and Iowa DOT Issue Environmental Impact Statement Notice for Council Bluffs, Iowa Transportation Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) are preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed transportation project in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, as part of their public advisory process.
