Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to ISTO Technologies, Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri, an exclusive license to U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 11/058,034, "Porous Polymeric Matrices Made of Natural Polymers and Synthetic Polymers and Optionally at Least One Cation and Methods of Making", filed on February 15, 2005.
