EPA Approves Colorado's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan for Denver Metropolitan Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a direct final action to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Colorado, addressing particulate matter (PM10) standards for the Denver metropolitan area, and removing a regulation related to motor vehicle emissions inspection programs.
