Notice of Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement and Amend California Desert Conservation Area Plan for Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System

The Department of the Interior and California Energy Commission plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement and amend the California Desert Conservation Area Plan to assess the environmental impacts of the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System, a proposed solar power plant in San Bernardino County, California, and request a right-of-way for the project on public lands.
