EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State of Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establishes the state's transportation conformity requirements, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
