US Department of Commerce Conducts Administrative Review of Countervailing Duty on Turkish Welded Carbon Steel Pipe

The US Department of Commerce is reviewing the countervailing duty on welded carbon steel standard pipe from Turkey for the period January 1, 2006, to December 31, 2006, and has found the net subsidy rate to be negligible, prompting interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
