EPA Finalizes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Kern County Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized full approval of revisions to the Kern County Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), while also finalizing full disapproval of a revision to the KCAPCD portion of the California SIP, which concerns permitting requirements.
