EPA Announces Public Hearing and Reopens Comment Period for National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Petroleum Refineries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is holding a public hearing on November 27, 2007, in Houston, Texas, to discuss the proposed rule on National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Petroleum Refineries, which was published on September 4, 2007. The EPA is also extending the comment period until December 28, 2007, and has added new material to the docket.
