CAFTA-DR Agreement: Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements Determines Availability of Fleece Fabrics

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has determined that certain types of fleece fabrics are not readily available in commercial quantities in the CAFTA-DR region, prompting their addition to the list of restricted products.
