Office of Personnel Management Requests Extension of Information Collection for Civil Service Retirement System Survivor Annuitant Express Pay Application

Summary

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking an extension of its currently approved information collection, RI 25-51, which is used to pay death benefits to the widow(er) of a Civil Service Retirement System annuitant, without any changes to the application process. The collection, which is completed by approximately 34,800 individuals annually, will undergo a review by the Office of Management and Budget.
