TSA Exempts Secure Flight Records from Privacy Act Provisions

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has amended its regulations to exempt the Secure Flight Records system from certain provisions of the Privacy Act, following a public comment period and NPRM, to protect the integrity of watch list matching information.
