SEC Announces Plan to Allocate Regulatory Responsibilities Among Major US Exchanges

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a proposed plan to allocate regulatory responsibilities among major US stock exchanges, including the American Stock Exchange LLC, the Boston Stock Exchange, Inc., and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated.
