U.S. Treasury Announces New Fee Schedule for Book-Entry Securities Transfers

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is introducing a new fee structure for transferring U.S. Treasury securities held on the National Book-Entry System, effective January 2, 2008, with a basic transfer fee of $0.28 and a combined fee of $0.33, plus an additional $33.00 surcharge for off-line transfers.
