Uruguay Finalizes Foot-and-Mouth Disease Regulations

The US Department of Agriculture has adopted a final rule removing Uruguay from the list of areas considered free of rinderpest and foot-and-mouth disease, due to the confirmation of the disease in 18 departments in the country.
