California Department of Fish and Wildlife to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for California Desert Conservation Area Plan Amendment

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has announced its intention to prepare a joint environmental impact statement and final staff assessment for the California Desert Conservation Area Plan, with the goal of amending the plan to better protect the state's desert ecosystems.
