NOAA Extends Deadline for FY 2008 Regional Integrated Ocean Observing Systems Grant Proposals

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has announced a deadline extension for full proposals for the FY 2008 Regional Integrated Ocean Observing Systems solicitation, originally set for July 2, 2007, in response to applicants who had previously submitted a letter of intent to propose.
