NARA Revises Federal Records Management Regulations to Make Schedules Media-Neutral

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is updating its rules to allow federal records schedules to be applicable to various record formats, including electronic ones, and to specify that certain disposition authorities are only valid for the current format.
