DynCorp International Receives Special Conditions for Installation of Pratt & Whitney PT6-67D Engine on Global Helicopter Technology Inc. (GHTI) UH-1H Helicopters

DynCorp International has been issued special conditions for the installation of a Pratt & Whitney PT6-67D Turbine Engine on Global Helicopter Technology Inc. (GHTI) UH-1H helicopters, which will feature Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC). The conditions aim to address safety concerns related to high-intensity radiated fields (HIRF) and ensure the protection of critical control functions.
