EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), which addresses emissions from petroleum coke storage, livestock operations, and paved/unpaved roads.
