FAA Extends Comment Period for ADS-B Out Performance Requirements NPRM

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended the comment period for its Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) Out Performance Requirements to Support Air Traffic Control (ATC) Service NPRM, which was originally set to expire on October 5, 2007, in response to requests from industry associations and organizations, including the Air Transport Association of America, Inc. and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
