Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau Proposes Rule to Establish Calistoga Viticultural Area

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau published a notice of proposed rulemaking to establish the Calistoga viticultural area in Napa County, California, with the goal of providing 'grandfather' protection for certain brand names used on existing wine labels.
