NOAA to Prepare Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Rule Limiting Vessel Discharges in National Marine Sanctuaries

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is preparing a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) to analyze proposed rule changes that would restrict sewage and graywater discharges from vessels 300 gross registered tons or more in the Cordell Bank, Gulf of the Farallones, and Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuaries.
